DuraClear 2000 AirPouch
Air pillows for void-fill packing made from DuraClear™ 2000 Enhanced Linear Low Density Polyethylene - System-matched material for superior performance

The AirPouch Express 3 Void-fill System uses DuraClear 2000 (DC2) material for strong, durable air pillows that improve protection while reducing packing and shipping costs.

DC2 is a specially formulated, linear low density polyethylene with superior durability, puncture-resistance, clarity and strength. AirPouch air pillow material is manufactured in Automated Packaging's own ISO 9001/2000 registered plants in the US and Europe. Material uniformity and integrity exceed quality standards established by the FPA (Flexible Packaging Association).

Only AirPouch air pillows have our unique EZ-Tear™ Perforations, which allow quick and easy separation of the pillows for fast and efficient packing. These specially designed perforations also allow more air into each pillow, providing better yield, a lower cost per cubic foot, and less weight per package.
